At Point B, I specialize in process & technology advisory within the enterprise restaurant space, focusing on POS and BOH selection & implementation, process improvement, operational excellence, change management, and enterprise restaurant technology strategy.
I previously worked in institutional investment markets, post-M&A advisory, tech build, and supply chain/procurement leadership.
